The sensor features a 1:1 OEM structural design for direct replacement. Mounting hole spacing, connector pin definition, probe length and wiring layout align with original parts, requiring no wiring cutting or ECU calibration after installation.
The high-permeability magnetic core captures crankshaft tooth pulse signals accurately in real time, transmitting RPM and crank angle data to the ECU to control fuel injection, ignition timing and variable valve operation. The high-density enameled copper coil reduces signal attenuation and electromagnetic interference, lowering risks of signal loss, jump or intermittent misdetection at high engine speeds.
A dual-layer fluorine rubber O-ring blocks engine oil mist, dust and coolant from invading internal components, reducing coil short circuit and sensor failure risks in harsh engine compartment environments. The reinforced plastic housing maintains mechanical performance under long-term high engine bay temperature, without deformation, cracking or signal drift. The woven wiring sleeve prevents wire wear and fracture from vibration friction.
Each unit undergoes high-low temperature cycling, vibration fatigue, waterproof, dustproof and salt spray tests, adapting to urban, mountain and high-speed driving conditions. Accurate crankshaft position signal output supports consistent cold startup, steady idle and linear acceleration response, addressing power lag, stalling and acceleration hesitation caused by faulty sensors.

Aging internal thermal elements cause reduced signal output at low temperatures. Replace the sensor, clean the mounting hole and crank signal gear debris, clear historical fault codes and conduct a cold start test.
Intermittent signal disconnection results from worn sensor probes or loose wiring connectors. Inspect connectors for broken pins, oil contamination or loose buckles; replace the sensor if wiring remains intact.
Abnormal or delayed crankshaft signals affect ECU control. Read DTCs P0335, P0336, P0337, P0338 to confirm sensor failure, inspect the probe for wear, and install with 10–11 N·m standard torque.
A faulty sensor fails to transmit rotational speed signals to the ECU. Verify battery voltage and harness power supply; replace the sensor if the power circuit functions normally.
Over-tightening, thread sealant, damaged signal gears or broken wiring cause recurring codes. Reinstall without sealant, torque to 10–11 N·m, and inspect signal gears and wiring harness.
Aged, deformed sealing rings cause oil seepage. Install a new sealing ring together with the new sensor during replacement.
